Perpetual Purpose Trust

In 2023, we became the first Perpetual Purpose Trust-owned company in Connecticut. This structure ensures we can never be sold and permanently embeds our commitment to purpose and social mission into our legal foundation.

Benefit Corporation

As one of the first registered Benefit Corporations in CT, we formalized our commitment to higher standards of purpose, accountability, and transparency in 2014. Our founder was instrumental in advancing B Corp legislation in the state.

Social Enterprise

Operating as a social enterprise since 2007, we use business as a force for good. We prioritize our stakeholders—clients, employees, and community—while measuring success by the impact we create in our communities.

We are committed to our distributed profits being equally split among the community, employees, and shareholders.

VOLUNTEERISM & COMMUNITY SERVICE

We encourage our employees to volunteer in the community and promote this through company planned volunteer events and offering paid community service days.

COMMITMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENT

We strive to make decisions with the environment in mind from paperless efforts to the type of office supplies we buy. We also have launched a partnership with a recycling partner and do our best to educate and encourage our clients to recycle their electronics and equipment.

DEDICATION TO OUR NON-PROFIT CLIENTS

Non-profit organizations make up about 25% of our client base. We offer special pricing considerations and strive to demonstrate a commitment to their cause.
