40 Acts of Impact

To honor our 40th year in business, The Walker Group is launching “40 Acts of Impact,”

a year‑long campaign mobilizing employees to create meaningful change through volunteerism across Connecticut.

40 ACTS OF IMPACT

Why It Matters

As a social enterprise and Perpetual Purpose Trust-owned company, we have a clear mission: businesses have a responsibility to create meaningful impact.

40 Acts of Impact is how we are showcasing our commitment to the community this year — through consistent, intentional action in the many communities we serve.

Acts of Service

Through our culture of volunteerism, we donate our time to community service through official sponsored events and as individuals.

Stakeholder Support

Through our employee stakeholder program, we donate 50% of our distributable profits to community organizations.

40 ACTS OF IMPACT

What We're Doing

A year-long initiative to complete and document 40 acts of service across Connecticut. From hands-on volunteering, to mentorship and community outreach, each act contributes to a larger goal: strengthening the communities and organizations that support us all.

Places We've Been

This is just the beginning.

We’re using this moment to encourage other businesses to integrate community impact into their culture—not as an initiative, but as a standard and a employee paid benefit.
